Due to the dynamic development, Alfa Laval Kraków is looking Claims Coordinator who will be responsible for support solving customer claims. Company address ul. Zawiła 56, Kraków.

Who are you?

Your responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all file transportation handling standards

Analyse transport incidents, assessing product and packaging specifics to pinpoint root causes and recommend corrective actions

Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance to meet company objectives

Provide leadership to achieve key business goals and objectives

Report and follow up on corrective action processes

Track trends and possess a comprehensive understanding of the claims

Seek for continuous improvement of the process digitalization using automation and AI.

Cooperate and communicate in a proactive manner

2-4 years of experience in related field

Degree in transportation or a related field preferred

Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, fluent in English and Polish

Functional knowledge in Supply Chain

Interpersonal skills and relationship building

Deadline-oriented

Problem solving

Software skills such as Excel, Power Bi – reader and viewer, Service Now, PowerPoint, and any transport management system highly appreciated
