Due to the dynamic development, Alfa Laval Kraków is looking Claims Coordinator who will be responsible for support solving customer claims. Company address ul. Zawiła 56, Kraków.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all file transportation handling standards
  • Analyse transport incidents, assessing product and packaging specifics to pinpoint root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance to meet company objectives
  • Provide leadership to achieve key business goals and objectives
  • Report and follow up on corrective action processes
  • Track trends and possess a comprehensive understanding of the claims
  • Seek for continuous improvement of the process digitalization using automation and AI.
  • Cooperate and communicate in a proactive manner

Our expectations:

  • 2-4 years of experience in related field
  • Degree in transportation or a related field preferred
  • Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, fluent in English and Polish
  • Functional knowledge in Supply Chain
  • Interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Problem solving
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Software skills such as Excel, Power Bi – reader and viewer, Service Now, PowerPoint, and any transport management system highly appreciated
