Podstawowe obowiązki:
- Performing a full range of maintenance on assigned products, including technical diagnostics, software updates, installation, removal, upgrades, and utilizing software for remote issue resolution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by serving as the main point of contact and providing support for ongoing repairs, maintenance, and installation of assigned equipment.
- Offering assistance and guidance to other team members on repair equipment principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to read and understand technical and service documentation in English.
- Experience in electromechanics, including using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
- Capability to read and comprehend electrical schematics.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Punctuality, accuracy, and reliability are crucial as our clients rely on you.
- A valid Category B driver's license.
- This is a highly active position that involves lifting up to 25kg, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday. Safety is our top priority, especially concerning electrical components.
- Completion of new employee training.
- Completion of technical training that ensures success in the following areas:
- Comprehensive understanding of our company and customer service culture.
- Clear expectations regarding territorial adaptation and customer satisfaction.
- Thorough knowledge base of equipment and supplies needed to service your territory.
- Proactive and accurate handling of service requests independently.
