Role: IT Demand Manager
Location: Poznan, Poland- 100% Remote
Type: Long-term contract (B2B/ freelance)

Minimum Qualifications:


• Experience in Demand management and roadmap development using Agile methodology


• Analytical approach to solving issues including understanding system interdependencies


• Strong organizational abilities


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:


• Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change


• Experience with Agile methodology and tools for IT Demand Management and roadmap development


• Experience using Jira and Confluence


• Good understanding of following areas: Azure, GCP, Edge (on-prem hosting), Data Bases, Networks and Identity & Access Management

Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Consumer Tech team who are in the process of establishing New Demand Management for the Platforms team. Some of your responsibilities include:


• working with the Product Teams to understand level of required details


• Collecting customer requirements and understand the scope and objective of the requested demand


• Matching customer requirements to existing design patterns or Identifying need for new design patterns


• Keeping the Product Team & Customer aligned


• Estimating the cost of the system solutions and capacity leverages agile methodology


• Preparing summary slides, contribute to Monthly Business Review content for New Demand requests


• Providing assistance for the Product Director and Product Teams
