About the Job Title & Company...
Warner Bros. Discovery is on the lookout for a dedicated Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team in Warsaw.
This position plays a crucial role, interacting regularly with employees to assist with P&C Services-related queries. The specialist is responsible for executing standardized, repeatable processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, mobility, operations, and compliance for European-based employees. The ideal candidate will need to be highly independent, proactive in driving positive change, and enhancing the overall employee experience in line with our culture.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Analyze, respond to, and address various P&C, pay, policy, benefits, and employee data inquiries using ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management.
- Handle employee data transactions in Workday, ensuring accurate updates throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare employment contracts, manage company benefit payments, and assist with employment verification.
- Offer primary support for EMEA P&C teams.
- Review and understand data before processing, collaborating with HR partners or managers as needed.
- Audit HR systems for data accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure processes align with policy and control standards, addressing audit requests in coordination with EC Management.
- Assist in company-wide data corrections and support HR in identifying and rectifying issues.
- Address SNOW tickets within specified service level agreements.
- Assist with data changes for large organizational activities like mergers or acquisitions.
- Prepare data for mass uploads, ensuring accuracy before submission to the HRIS team.
- Support team members with workload as needed.
- Participate in training new team members and maintaining up-to-date process guides.
- Focus on ongoing process enhancements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Previous experience in Human Resources administration or a similar role, preferably within a global shared services setup.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, Polish, and Italian.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday HR/payroll, ServiceNow, and other relevant tools preferred. Ability to adapt to new technology and software quickly. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desirable.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and experience in fostering effective collaborations. Known for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Process Management: Proficient in process improvement and problem-solving, taking initiative to own projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels.
