Description

We are in search of a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Krakow. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our payroll operations improvement journey in collaboration with top HRIS and payroll systems. As our team grows, we need a payroll expert to support Poland's site activities.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees payroll generation, including time records, holidays, sick leave, and deductions.
  • Develops and enforces policies for the payroll process.
  • Coordinates with international payroll vendors.
  • Assists government agencies with exclusions, deductions, and contributions.
  • Handles employee payroll queries through PTSC.
  • Conducts audits and reconciliation projects.
  • Participates in payroll optimization projects.
  • Contributes to Global People Team Projects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems such as Workday, ADP.
  • Strong Payroll and Customer Service skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
