The individual in this role will support and collaborate with the local finance team, playing a vital part in ensuring the financial well-being of the organization by maintaining precision, adhering to compliance, and enhancing efficiency within financial operations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily financial operations
  • Understanding processes, compliance requirements
  • Inputting financial data accurately
  • Maintaining financial records completeness
  • Organizing financial documents
  • Verifying and processing invoices
  • Resolving billing or payment discrepancies
  • Monitoring and recording business expenses
  • Reconciling employee expense reports
  • Assisting in forecasts and budgets preparation
  • Ensuring financial regulations compliance
  • Assisting in audits internal and external
  • Collaborating with other departments for financial information
  • Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies
  • Contributing to finance department process improvements
  • Assisting senior finance professionals
  • Participating in new employees onboarding
  • Taking part in training for skill enhancement
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager

Your qualifications:

  • Economics/Administration/Technical/Law/Bachelor's degree or > 4th year student
  • 1 year office administration experience, but open to high-learning potential candidates
  • Customer orientation, attention to detail, systematic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of office administration processes and business components
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
