Responsibilities of the Role
Provide analytical support and management information for business units and for company management Cooperate with Finance/Accounting in order to assure financial periods closings are in line with business performance- provide information regarding accruing, control accounting postings Provide required management accounting input in order to align financial reporting with business requirements Actively take part in forecasting and strategic/financial planning processes conducted within the company Conduct ongoing analyses of conversion and variables impacting its level in order to give recommendations regarding optimization of traffic routing Cooperate with BI in order to create and maintain reporting tools required by business units and company management Control providers and merchants invoices and give insight and support for Settlements Team. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools Prepare business cases for key new initiatives Deliver data for PR and company's publications Qualifications and Experience Bachelor or master degreeAt least 2 year experience in controlling/data analysesFinancial modeling experience Skills and Knowledge Accounting and financial controlling skillsStrong analytical and data gathering skillsStatistics knowledgeProblem-solving skillsStrong quantitative and analytical competencyTechnical skills- proficiency in excel, familiarity with data query/data management tools (e.g. SQL), reporting/dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau)Communicate in English in written and oral form comfortably Behavioral Competences Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skillsComfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independentlyComfort presenting data and recommendations based on it, also to senior executives.-
