Salary: PLN VAT (B2B)

  • Required: 3+ years of experience as an independent accountant role in the dynamic and fast changing environment, English B1/B2

Your future tasks and duties:
  • Verification of analytical and synthetic accounting accounts, reconciliation of accounting entries on analytical settlement accounts
  • Support in the preparation of cash flow forecasts for the company
  • Cooperation in the development of the ERP system together with other departments of the company
  • Active monitoring of changes in tax law and accounting law
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements of the company in accordance with the Accounting Act
  • Responsibility for the development of the chart of accounts in accordance with specified reporting standards, controlling requirements and tax law
  • Contacting and cooperating with external institutions (banks, US, Social Security)
  • Cooperation with tax authorities, external auditors and internal departments of the company
  • Responsibility for timely and correct tax settlements, preparation of tax returns and statistical reports (JPK, VAT, CIT, GUS)
  • Preparation of reports for internal purposes
About you - tech & soft skills, experience:
  • Minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in an independent accounting position
  • Higher education, preferably in economic
  • Experience in transferring accounting data from accounting offices to internal accounting
  • Very good knowledge of tax regulations in terms of CIT and VAT
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting processes and reporting
  • Ability to solve problems and think independently and analytically
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Experience in working with Comarch Optima software
  • Attention to high quality of accounting records
  • Creation of accounting policy in accordance with the Accounting Act
  • Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level min. B1
  • Polish language - min. C1
Nice to have:
  • Willingness to develop towards new technologies
  • Experience in accounting in a managerial/deputy manager position
  • Knowledge of handling Business Intelligence (BI) modules
