Accountant Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Twój zakres obowiązków Rola:
Aktualnie poszukujemy Księgowego oraz Osoby Wspierającej Biznes, aby dołączyć do naszego zespołu w Warszawie. Ta rola będzie obejmować odpowiedzialności zarówno za księgowość w Wielkiej Brytanii, jak i w Polsce, oraz funkcje wsparcia biznesowego.
Poniżej znajduje się lista obowiązków:
Księgowość i Rachunkowość:
Monday CRM: Wystawianie faktur, księgowanie płatności, aktualizacja danych w księgach, generowanie zamówień zakupu.
Księgowanie faktur dostawców, faktur klientów, uzgodnienia bankowe za pomocą oprogramowania księgowego SAGE.
Aktualizacja arkuszy Google o informacje dotyczące faktur i płatności.
Archiwizacja wszystkich faktur: dostawców i klientów.
Tworzenie raportów z wydatków i przepływu gotówki.
Zarządzanie dokumentacją klientów, wypełnianie formularzy, dostarczanie informacji klientom na żądanie.
Komunikacja z klientami w sprawie faktur i płatności.
Wsparcie zespołu we wszystkich sprawach związanych z fakturami, płatnościami, zamówieniami zakupu i innymi kwestiami księgowymi.
Opracowanie i tworzenie raportów projektowych Szacowane koszty vs rzeczywiste.
Zasoby Ludzkie:
Zarządzanie procesem wdrażania nowych pracowników.
Żądanie dokumentacji HR (takiej jak listy ofert pracy, umowy, polityki itp.) do wydania.
Zarządzanie naszym oprogramowaniem HR i oprogramowaniem BHP.
Obliczanie płac proporcjonalnych, naliczanie urlopu, nadgodziny, wydatki itp.
Wsparcie w monitorowaniu kart czasu pracy pracowników i współpraca z zespołem. Przeglądanie rejestrów nadgodzin i wydatków pracowników.
Przygotowywanie informacji do listy płac.
Zarządzanie i wysyłanie list płac oraz innych wymaganych dokumentów.
Administracja:
Organizowanie i archiwizowanie różnych dokumentów cyfrowo na serwerze / google drive / CRM.
Wypełnianie różnych formularzy biznesowych w razie potrzeby.
Składanie zamówień, na żądanie zespołów.
Aktualizacja danych dotyczących sprzętu, oprogramowania, pojazdów, ubezpieczenia firmy itp.
Nadzorowanie terminów, ważnych dat i aktualizacja harmonogramów.
Nasze wymagania UMIEJĘTNOŚCI I CECHY
Doświadczenie w księgowości, co najmniej 5 lat
Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu biurem lub HR będzie dodatkowym atutem
Umiejętność i znajomość Microsoft Office: Excel, bazy danych, Word itp.
Pozytywne i zmotywowane podejście z postawą "mogę to zrobić"
Zmysł do szczegółów, dobra znajomość liczb
Szybka reakcja, zorganizowanie i efektywność, umiejętność wielozadaniowości
