Job Summary

The HR Services Team Lead/Supervisor will supervise an HR Services team responsible for daily administrative and operational support in a specific HR process area to ensure a high-quality employee experience. They will oversee the team's accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and exceptional service for their clients. This role involves driving process enhancements and aiding in change management for the designated process area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to team members and cultivate a skilled team through recruitment, training, and development
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned process area
  • Manage the team's workload to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with set performance standards
  • Collaborate with HR Services leadership to optimize team effectiveness
  • Participate in creating and documenting processes in the assigned area
  • Ensure data accuracy in systems and conduct relevant audits
  • Train team members on HR systems and processes
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues in the process area
  • Participate in project management for key projects affecting the process area
  • Analyze performance data to suggest and implement process improvements
  • Standardize HR processes globally while considering local regulations
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies, programs, and system testing
  • Create communication materials for employees related to the process area

Qualifications

  • Years of progressive experience, including leadership in shared services or HR Operations
  • Experience in streamlining HR processes for global scalability
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in HR Operations, KPIs, and service delivery optimization
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution, influencing, and managing virtual teams
  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
  • Capacity to make decisions within defined policies and procedures
  • Independence in work with minimal guidance and initiative
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in quality and process improvement methodologies like Agile/Lean Sigma/Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow HR platforms
