Exciting opportunity for a HR Services Consultant to join our HR Systems and Services Team. This is a highly visible, significant role within the Company and the Human Resource Services function. This position will report to HR Services Manager.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information to effectively define project objectives and deliverables.
- Act as a leading role in semi-annual system releases.
- Aid in continuous improvement by consistently identifying and recommending ways to streamline existing processes and improve the employee/manager experience.
- Develop and deliver employee and manager training materials.
- Investigate and troubleshoot end-user issues and requests, while providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Proactively identify trends or recurring issues in tickets and propose process improvements or enhancements.
Who are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years of Workday experience. This should include, but is not limited to, business processes, custom reports, calculated fields and EIBs.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday functional lead.
- Experience leading a minimum of 3 relevant projects, processes or implementations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups.
- Demonstrated ability to understand interdependencies between various systems impacting HR data.
