1. Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Process Documentation Specialist or similar role
  • Proven experience in documenting and maintaining HR documentation
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems (we use Confluence), Process Mapping Tools (Microsoft Visio or similar), and any HR Information System
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

3. Responsibilities
  • Consult with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders and other departments to determine business processes and workflows
  • Document end-to-end HR processes and workflows, ensuring their consistency
  • Standardize HR documentation (use or establish when needed formats/templates for documents to ensure consistency)
  • Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and guidelines for the HR department
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to current processes to HR and TA stakeholders
  • Perform regular audits, maintenance, and update of HR processes and documents
  • Conduct training sessions to educate HR and TA colleagues on the maintenance, update, and usage of internal HR documentation
