Scope of the role:

We have an exciting open position at Paramount for a Manager HR Operations. In this role, reporting to the EMEA Senior Director, you will oversee HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance activities across approximately 8 countries in EMEA (Poland, Hungary, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy).

Mission of the role:

  • Create a collaborative team culture that focuses on delivering top-notch service within established guidelines and service levels.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 HR professionals in Poland, driving continuous improvement, enhancing colleague experience, and ensuring data quality.
  • Collaborate closely with HR functions and other business areas to create global consistency and set clear expectations for team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities efficiently to meet payroll deadlines and SLAs.
  • Proactively plan for workload peaks through stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on feedback.
  • Minimize dependencies through cross-training and robust process definition.
  • Ensure compliance checks, quality audits, and data activities are completed.
  • Handle operational escalations and service failures with root cause analysis.
  • Oversee team management, onboarding, reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Enhance self-service content and promote consistent HR policies usage.
  • Collaborate with specialists and lead change projects.
  • Act as a substitute for other HR Operations Leadership team members as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Leadership experience in HR Operations in a global business services setting.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Utilize data for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
  • Proficiency in HR Processes, process mapping, and service level agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with HRIS SaaS Platforms for data optimization.
  • Experience in international HR operations is a plus.
