The Role
The HR Specialist with proficiency in French, German, or Italian will have a key role in advancing the HR Regional Service Centre and will report to the AskHR Lead. This specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders in EMEA countries, facilitating the transfer of HR processes and responsibilities to the Warsaw team.

  • Offer professional support via phone, chat, and email on a variety of HR administrative processes, systems, and services to employees and managers in EMEA.
  • Transfer HR processes from EMEA countries to the AskHR Unit in Warsaw and ensure a customer-centric approach with ongoing service enhancements.
  • Contribute to building an HR knowledge base for the HR Specialist team, covering different EMEA HR processes and local laws.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues in various EMEA countries and the Global Business Service People Operation team in India to address inquiries within service level agreements.
  • Serve as a "super user" or specialized expert in specific areas of expertise or regions.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in business, law, HR, or related fields).
  • No experience needed or minimum 1 year in HR or a strong interest in HR.
  • Fluency in English and French, German, or Italian is essential.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) system is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and experience with SAP HR is preferred.

On a personal level, exceptional communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, a focus on customers, and HR experience are expected.

About the Department
We are expanding our HR Regional Service Centre in Warsaw with the aim of providing top-notch HR operational services to approximately employees at Novo Nordisk in various EMEA countries. The AskHR unit serves as the primary contact for all HR inquiries, contributing to the enhancement of global processes and digital solutions. The Regional Service Centre is located alongside the Business Area office for EMEA East and the Polish affiliate.
