HR Operations Specialist

Zadania

- koordynacja i współpraca z firmą zewnętrzną w zakresie administracji kadrowo-płacowej, w tym przygotowywanie danych do listy płac i jej weryfikacja,
- sporządzanie, archiwizacja oraz koordynacja obiegu dokumentów kadrowych w firmie,
- obsługa umów cywilnoprawnych (umowy zlecenia, umowy B2B),
- wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemach kadrowo-płacowych,
- administrowanie benefitami pracowniczymi,
- koordynacja badań lekarskich oraz szkoleń BHP,
- bieżąca obsługa spraw pracowniczych,
- tworzenie raportów oraz zestawień zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem Spółki.

Oczekujemy

- minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w obsłudze kadrowo-płacowej klienta wewnętrznego lub zewnętrznego,
- praktyczna znajomość przepisów prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych,
- doskonała znajomość pakietu MS Office(w szczególności Excel),
- znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym,
- odpowiedzialność, samodyscyplina i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.
