Praca na stanowisku obejmuje:

  • Sprawowanie nadzoru nad prawidłowością / zgodnością z prawem procesów kadrowych
  • Prowadzenie administracji kadrowej zgodnie z wymogami prawnymi i procedurami korporacyjnymi
  • Obsługa procesów zatrudniania, zmian warunków zatrudnienia, przygotowania wypowiedzeń
  • Zarządzanie procesami i danymi w systemach kadrowych
  • Doradztwo dla pracowników i menadżerów w kwestiach prawa pracy i procesów firmowych
  • Współpraca z działem płac i zewnętrzną firmą kadrowo-płacową
  • Udział w projektach korporacyjnych
  • Samodzielne wykonywanie powyższych obowiązków oraz wsparcie merytoryczne zespołu
  • Stałe monitorowanie zmian zachodzących w porządku prawnym dotyczącym obszaru HR oraz p ogłębianie specjalistycznej wiedzy poprzez uczestnictwo w szkoleniach i konferencjach

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenie zdobytego na podobnym stanowisku
  • Gruntowna, praktyczna znajomość przepisów prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych
  • Doskonała znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności programu Excel (warunek konieczny)
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z tematem umów cywilnoprawnych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (poziom B2+/C1)
  • Mile widziana znajomość zagadnień związanych z zatrudnianiem cudzoziemców
  • Znajomość programu Workday będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Wysokie zdolności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
  • Doskonała organizacja pracy, dokładność i sumienność w wykonywaniu codziennych obowiązków, zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu, terminowość
