The role

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Specialist- L&D Operations will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee and execute learning programs
  • Manage course elements, materials, recordings, and attendance lists for key programs
  • Utilize the Learning Management System for various tasks such as sending delegate invitations, handling responses and inquiries, managing registrations, and recording attendance
  • Supervise the post-course evaluation process
  • Create learning assignments within the Learning Management System
  • Handle the administrative tasks of assigning learning programs to employees
  • Generate and analyze reports regarding learning activities
  • Administer learning requests and activities on the learning platform
  • Maintain process documentation and Service Now cases
  • Tackle more complex tasks, queries, or service enhancements as needed
  • Share and implement best practices
  • Ensure adherence to company's standards and guidelines

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR/Learning and Development within an international setting
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, preferably with familiarity in Success Factors
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, with experience in meeting deadlines and managing workload priorities
  • Capable of critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Customer-oriented mindset with conflict resolution abilities and a talent for building positive relationships
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment or work independently
  • Practical IT skills including working with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentations, and email software
  • Experience in a Shared Service Centre is advantageous
