Technologies-expected : HRIS Success Factors Workday SAP HR Service Now Visier Tableau responsibilities : Geographical scope: Global in a given area of responsibility Responsible for end-to-end HR process and system administration according to agreed roles & responsibilities; including collaboration with outside stakeholders: IT, Finance, HRBP, Center of Excellences (Co Es), as well as internal Hire-to-Retire (Ht R) GBS teams Workload management within area of responsibility.


Collaborates with Digital Employee Experience Team to implement and support a consistent employee experience across geographies and practices through the usage of HR Tools.


Collaborates with Human Capital Insights Team to implement and support People Analytics experience for dedicated stakeholders across geographies and practices through the usage of HR Analytics.


Executes the solutions for global systems audits for data accuracy and consistency Maintains and interprets data maintained in HR systems to ensure accurate and consistent employee information Master data maintenance, errors monitoring and handling, Creates and manages moderately complex reports on ad-hoc and regular basis Handling customer queries related to area of responsibility.


Handles escalations for moderately complex employee queries Provides solutions to a wide-range of technical issues within HR systems and independently develops approach to solutions Partners with HR Consultants and HR Leaders to ensure correct data and process flows in HR systems Demonstrates independent technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and systems Proactively analyzes HR systems and their operating processes and procedures, to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities for improvement Performs testing, training, documentation and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades Updates operating documentation and Knowledge Management articles for HR systems support.


Plays a focal point role for specific HR systems sub-processes Independently resolves moderately complex problems Leads projects under supervision requirements-expected : A minimum of 2 years of related experience Working knowledge and working experience in HRIS tools and People Analytics is required.

Experience with Success Factors, Workday, SAP HR, Service Now, Visier, Tableau and application support delivery from SSC is an additional benefit Experience with Digital Employee Experience, Saa S products and services is an additional benefit Experience with Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Digital Employee Experience, Saa S products and services is an additional benefit Overall knowledge of Cloud technologies Have a strong customer focus A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism High level of attention to detail and accuracy Interacting with/leading cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives through consulting and positive interaction with culturally diverse team members, external partners and clients Good time management – which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure; Strong organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize Ability to collect, analyze and translate the HR business needs into application functionalities and other way: HRIS functionalities into HR business language Good communication skills Ability to solve problems and challenge status-qou Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours based on needs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Analytical skills Business English MS Office - intermediate level offered : Hybrid Work model (3 days from office and 2 days from home)
