  • Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding SAP SuccessFactors instances with different modules (Employee Central, Learning und HR Performance Management)
  • Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders
  • Serving as a part of the 2nd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
  • Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
  • Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
  • Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Support of go-lives
  • Collaboration in projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German language would be an asset,
  • Willingness to travel (regular business trips to Essen)
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR software in the following modules: Master Data, Learning, Performance Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
  • Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
