About this opportunity

Step into the Tricity Operations Team where you'll contribute to efficient mortgage loan payouts, daily customer support, and robust financial crime risk management. Your role as a Junior Process Officer with Norwegian will be pivotal for both customer satisfaction and the bank's financial security.

What you'll be doing:

  • Enhancing your skills through daily banking tasks
  • Analyzing risk factors for corporate clients
  • Adhering to international laws and regulations
  • Managing bank product changes related to loans and credits
  • Working with collateral, databases, and documentation
  • Communicating with customers and branches across the Nordea Group in the Nordic countries
  • Contributing to task efficiency and quality improvements
  • Supporting team members for overall success

Your experience and background:
