About this opportunity

Welcome to the Tricity Operations Team at Nordea. As a Junior Process Officer with Norwegian, you'll contribute to customer satisfaction and financial security.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing skills in daily banking tasks
  • Analyzing risk factors of corporate customers
  • Working with international regulations and tax laws
  • Handling product and service changes
  • Managing collaterals, databases, and documents
  • Communicating with customers and branches across Nordic countries
  • Enhancing task efficiency and quality
  • Supporting team members
