Do Twoich zadań będzie należało

weryfikacja faktur przychodzących

przechwytywanie faktur przychodzących w cyfrowym procesie zatwierdzania

tworzenie nowych dostawców w oprogramowaniu księgowym / utrzymanie głównych danych

kontakt z dostawcami w celu koordynacji działań

kontakt z działami wewnętrznymi w celu koordynacji

monitorowanie terminów wydania faktur

ocena wydań faktur

wsparcie przy wnioskach o wydanie karty kredytowej/wydatki na podróże

U kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na

wykształcenie kierunkowe

podstawowa wiedza i pasja do rachunkowości połączona z dużym zamiłowaniem do liczb

doświadczenie w pracy w księgowości/finansach

biegła znajomość języka angielskiego - minimum C1

dokładny i sumienny styl pracy

umiejętność pracy zarówno w zespole, jak i samodzielnie
