Financial Control & Accounting, Accounting Services (Shared Service) is now looking for a Junior Process & Solution Key Userin Record to Report department.

Our office is in Wroclaw, and we work in a hybrid model, relocation package in not available.

We are looking for a person who is willing to take on the challenge of participating in the finance transformation at Volvo Group.

As a JuniorGlobal Process & Solution Key User you will be working in a dynamic, professional, and multicultural team providing both process and technical support for various systems, including the accounting and consolidation system in the Volvo Group. The team members also participate in various local and global projects. The key focus area for us now is SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine. The team's knowledge and expertise are highly valued in the organization and therefore we also support process development, improvements, and implementation of standard processes on a global and local scale including any adaptations or variants.

Initially, you will be responsible for the direct support for the end users of BlackLine. You will learn our internal processes and procedures while providing essential support to end users and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounting operations through the use of BlackLine. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with Record to Report (R2R) experience to develop their skills further.

Further on, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team and enhancing the efficiency of our financial operations.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of professional experience gained in Record to Report area.

Basic understanding of accounting software and ERP systems. Familiarity with BlackLine or similar platforms is a plus but not required.

Good in spoken as well as written English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

Learning and Development: Acquire a deep understanding of our internal accounting processes, procedures, and the BlackLine platform through structured training and hands-on experience.

Support: Assist end users with BlackLine functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they can effectively use the system to meet their reporting and reconciliation needs.

Process Documentation: Help document current accounting processes and assist in developing and updating user manuals, guides, and best practices.

Reconciliation Support: Work on account reconciliations within BlackLine under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining accounting processes. Provide feedback and insights from a user support perspective to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, IT, and other departments to support the implementation and optimization of accounting processes using BlackLine.

Compliance: Ensure that all tasks and processes comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Perform process training and give support to the end users.
