Customer Service Specialist with English

for temporary position t o join our Customer Service Team in Metsä Board's new European Supply Chain Centre (SCC) in Gdańsk.

What is the job that awaits you?

  • Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/ accounts and to develop and maintain a good relationship with them
  • Order handling, documentation and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain
  • Handling customer orders in SAP from enquiry to delivery and invoicing including all related tasks, transactions and documentation
  • Maintaining customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
  • Taking all actions to ensure that customer promises and agreements are kept
  • Monitoring and keeping the age, level and rotation of stocks of own customers/accounts within agreed limits
  • Following-up credit limits and payment behaviour of own customers/accounts together with sales and credit management
  • Gathering information of complaints, trials, delays, payments etc. plus other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with own customers/accounts.

What are we expecting of you:

  • Customer Service experience in an international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer-centric attitude and customer experience mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective communication
  • Service and solution minded with problem solving skills
  • Attention to details and quality
  • System knowledge (MS Office)
  • Experience in using SAP SD is an asset.
