Accounts Receivable Specialist / AR Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry associated with Accounts Receivable:

Billing – issuing invoices, invoice correction, uploading on portals, daily robot monitoring

Credit management – controlling customer's credit limit, releasing orders

Dunning, remittance

Create and process credit notes via ticketing tool

Cash application (factoring acc.)

Invoices upload on government page (spanish: autorización de despacho) -digital certificate

Month end closing tasks: AR aging report, Atradius quarterly report, AR recon sub ledger vs. group, Bad debt preparing to write – off, outstanding sales check- WD1 check all invoices processed, Factoring – monitoring incomes from factoring company, account reconciliation

Customer Masterdate

  • Internal and external query resolution
  • Participation in improvement & standarization processes
  • Work towards department objectives
  • Share the knowledge within AR dept. and contribute in the day-to-day delivery of the Accounts Receivable processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an AR Accountant
  • Good command of spoken and written Spanish and English is a must.
  • Experience from shared service center is an advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • MS Excel required
  • Well organized and able to work to deadlines

Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych jest Schoeller Allibert Services B.V. Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Oddział w Polsce z siedzibą w Krakowie, przy ul. Aleksandra Lubomirskiego 20, Kraków. Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzamy wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji wskazanej w ofercie pracy oraz do celów przyszłych rekrutacji, jeśli wyraziłeś stosowną zgodę w treści swojej aplikacji. Możemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe zawarte w zgłoszeniu rekrutacyjnym także w celu ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami, jeżeli roszczenia dotyczą prowadzonej przez nas rekrutacji. Twoje dane osobowe możemy przechowywać dla celów ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami związanymi z procesem rekrutacji przez okres 3 lat liczonych od momentu zakończenia procesu rekrutacji, w której brałeś udział. Twoje dane osobowe możemy przekazać dostawcom usług publikacji ogłoszeń o pracę, dostawcom systemów do zarządzania rekrutacjami, dostawcom usług IT takich jak hosting oraz dostawcom systemów informatycznych. Wszyscy nasi dostawcy mają siedziby w Unii Europejskiej. W każdym czasie możesz cofnąć zgodę, kontaktując się z nami pod adresem e-mail Cofnięcie zgody pozostaje bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
