Test Manager, SAP Solutions

In this Digital & Technology role, you will play a key role through the entire design and global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

What you will be doing:


• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy to ensure the SAP implementation is robust before go-live


• Lead and manage a team of SAP testers, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of testing


• Ensure the quality of SAP S/4HANA and BTP platforms through effective test planning, execution, and management.


• Lead automation activities for our SAP test cases


• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, leverage industry best practices to optimise efficiency and reliability of SAP test solutions


• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies related to testing


• Collaborate with business and technical teams on implementing test automation and leveraging tooling

What is needed to succeed:


• 5-10 years of experience of test management, especially in SAP development and projects


• Experience in test automation tools like Tricentis, Uipath


• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, functionalities and integration points to drive risk-based testing approach


• Good team working and leadership skills, ability to handle and coordinate the work of large groups in big programs


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify, assess and resolve testing issues, risks and dependencies.


• Functional and technical experience of Test Suite, Test Automation, ChaRM, Focused Build and Solution Documentation in SAP Solution Manager a plus
