Job Description:

Roles and duties:

  • Managing personal files from hire-to-retire, including preparation of appropriate documents
  • Preparing input data and handling remuneration
  • Ensure employment documentation, payroll and benefits payments and rules are compliant with company policies and applicable external regulations
  • Collaborate with outside service provider regarding payroll
  • Preparing reports and analyzes regarding remuneration and employment
  • Management of benefits and Employee Capital Plans
  • Keeping the employee database up-to-date
  • Closely collaborate with group HR and finance functions, to ensure a smooth payroll processing
  • Providing support to employees on HR matters
  • Coordinating trainings for employees
  • On-boarding of new employees
