This role is crucial within People Solutions, a vibrant department in Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly established unit within TBS focused on supporting Takeda's business goals, streamlining processes, enhancing services, and ensuring a positive employee journey. Our ultimate goal is to create innovative and simplified solutions with Patients at the core of our mission.

As a People Resource Hub Specialist at TBS, you will be part of a team that handles HR processes, reporting to the People Resource Hub Team Leader. The People Resource Hub serves as more than just a contact center; it is our all-in-one communication platform to assist all Takeda employees promptly and effectively. This plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Providing outstanding employee support through various communication channels.
  • Addressing inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and tool usage.
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks efficiently across multiple channels.
  • Offering expert technical guidance on HR solutions.
  • Resolving or redirecting inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation.

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-focused roles or help desk environments.
  • Fluency in French and proficient in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated positive and accountable demeanor.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on improvement.
  • Results-driven with a knack for building relationships and trust.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or related field.
