Our client is a rapidly growing Insurtech startup looking for a motivated and results-oriented Motor Insurance Policy Administrator to join their team in Poland. In this role, you will play a key role in helping our client launch their motor insurance products in the Polish market.

Location: Warsaw

Type: Remote

Contract: Contract of Employment (Perm)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Work with the team to develop and implement MTPL and Casco insurance products for the Polish market.
  • Assist in creating all necessary documentation for MTPL and Casco products (offer documents, policy documents, etc.) utilizing templates.
  • Help our client understand the Polish MTPL and Casco data landscape (public data sources, databases, etc.).
  • Map out all business processes for MTPL and Casco (e.g., creating offers, issuing policies, reporting, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Polish insurance reporting requirements (KNF, PMIB, etc.).
  • Assist in setting up and leading a policy administration team to handle non-automatable tasks.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Polish MTPL and Casco Insurance Market Expertise
  • MTPL and Casco Insurance Products: Strong understanding of MTPL (Third Party Liability) and Casco (Comprehensive) insurance products.
  • Insurance Policy Document Creation: (offer documents, policy documents, green card documents, etc.).
  • Polish Insurance Regulations: Familiarity with relevant Polish insurance regulations and legislation.
  • Data Interpretation and Analysis: Ability to understand and interpret data related to MTPL and Casco insurance (public data sources, databases, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (both written and verbal).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in an Insurtech or startup environment.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience with the Hungarian insurance market (familiarity with Hungarian templates is a plus).
