Regional Sales Manager DACH Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for our Client, one of the biggest companies supporting RES branch.

Your responsibilities Overseeing the sales of support systems designed for photovoltaic structures and profiles used in the construction of PV structures within the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Supervising the activities of Sales Representatives/Key Account Managers, establishing objectives, and ensuring their successful achievement.
Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
Directing the growth and organization structure within the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.

Actively participating in B2B project sales processes, including tasks such as preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of contracts for supporting structures in large-scale PV projects.

Engaging in frequent business travels to meet with customers and visit project sites.
Employer requirements Proficiency and expertise in B2B project sales.
Positive track record in B2B sales, particularly for large-scale PV projects.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead and manage a sales team.
Strong personal etiquette and extensive experience in B2B customer interactions.
Previous experience in project management.
Higher education degree in a technical, management, or sales related field.
Technical proficiency in mechanics and the necessary documentation for building structures.
Capable of organizing effective team-building activities.
Fluent in both German and Polish, with proficiency in English for communication.
