Accounting Manager

Our client, a prominent global player in materials technology, has an exciting opening for a skilled Accounting Manager to join their established international team situated in Poland. With a solid history of achievements and advancements in the field, our client offers a professional setting that nurtures individual growth and career progression. As a vital part of the finance transformation initiative, you will oversee the accounting tasks in the SAP system to ensure precise, comprehensive, and punctual closing and reporting of the statutory requirements. Additionally, you will directly supervise a team of 3-4 colleagues, honing your leadership capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in economics or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or within a prominent accounting firm
  • Clear comprehension and insight into digitalization and automation in Finance, especially with ERP Tools like SAP suite
