Job Description

Your mission:

Accounting and controlling for stock/merchandise transactions:

• Stock reconciliation execution and analysis of discrepancies
• Statistical and accounting margin reconciliation execution
• Calculation and posting of goods' cost of purchase and Stock Valuation Allowance (SVA)
• Parameters ratio for SVA calculation and simulations
• Stock Valuation Allowance related Reports preparation and validation
• Analysis of accounting processes for project realization
• Ensuring high quality in bookkeeping through checks and controls

Audit procedures execution:

• Standard reports preparation
• Providing explanations for discrepancies and exceptions
• Addressing auditors' queries

Participation in projects:

• Standardization project for Stock reconciliation tool implementation
• Building standard process for Margin reconciliation
• Mapping accounting system accounts with new software
• Providing necessary inputs and tests for tools development
• Participation in automation initiatives and transition projects
• Adherence to project timelines and documentation requirements

• Working with customers, ensuring top-quality services
• Collaborating with stakeholders from different teams
• Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures
• Establishing stable backup structure
• Participating in training for skills development

Qualifications

Your skills:

• Controlling experience and willingness to continue self-development
• Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience with margin controlling and reconciliation
• Knowledge of stock valuation
• Work experience with SAP is advantageous
• Good organizational and goal-oriented skills
• Motivation towards tasks execution in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
