Tasks

Qualities we're looking for:

  • Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of international interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Creativity and innovation: Demonstrate a creative mindset to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team and the strategy.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate through various challenges of the sales campaign, adapt to changing circumstances, bring and test new business development and sales hypotheses.
  • Business acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business principles, market trends, and a strategic approach to developing and implementing successful business and sales strategies in the European market.
  • Effective communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas, provide clear directions, and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Organizational skills: High level of organization and attention to detail to manage the strategy efficiently, meet deadlines, and ensure the smooth operation of the team.
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and precision of strategy deliverables and overall team operations.
  • Cultural awareness: Ability to work with an international team, understanding and respecting diverse cultures, perspectives, and work styles.
  • Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address strategic challenges and find effective solutions.

Requirements

Skills we're looking for:

  • LinkedIn strategy: Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for business development and sales, including creating and implementing effective strategies to reach European markets.
  • Project management: Experience or knowledge of project management methodologies to oversee the workflow of the team.
  • Sales and marketing: Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, with the ability to create and execute strategies to promote the agency's services in European countries.
  • UX/UI design awareness: Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles to ensure the alignment of the strategy with design goals.
  • Data analysis: Ability to analyze data related to business performance, sales metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Multilingualism: Proficiency in English is a must (B2-C1, both written and verbal), and additional languages relevant to European markets would be a valuable asset.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategy ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Time management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the overall success of the strategy.
