To strengthen our teams, we are looking for Interns with good communication skills and valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and administrative tasks regarding support of the Privacy Management Team
  • Reviewing and validating Record of Processing (a global register of all processing activities within ABB Group), making sure all registered activities are in line with GDPR and if not should be remediated
  • Drafting of the privacy notice and consent request
  • After the RoP review is validated, conducting Risk Assessment and Data Privacy Impact Assessment when required (using the Privacy Management System with pre-defined questions)
  • Advising on general GDPR compliance, responding to queries sent to
  • Exercising data subject rights and responding to their requests
  • Preparing comprehensive monthly reports (that rely also on the input from the countries) covering all data privacy-related matters globally

Requirements

  • Active Law student status
  • Fluent English skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Availability: min. 100 h/month
