Young Stars - Summer Internship Program in Digital & Technology

During Internship you will have the opportunity to work in our Digital & Technology department. Digital & Technology is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. Your responsibilities would include:

  • learning about and performing vital corporate processes in our Digital & Technology department
  • identifying opportunities for improvement and solving complex problems
  • developing and maintaining successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, local affiliates, other teams within HEINEKEN.

You will have possibility to work in one of our D&T areas:

  • Commerce Data Foundation

As an intern, you will have an interesting role to support our newly built commerce data foundation team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and analysis within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • FORCE Project Management:

As an intern, you will assist project management tasks related to development and management of products in global commerce. You will work directly with technology managers, sales and marketing team, brand planning team, commerce performance and portfolio teams.

  • Integration:

As an intern, you will assist the integration chapter lead in tasks related to development and management of products in global commerce. You will work directly with technology managers, sales and marketing team, brand planning team, commerce performance and portfolio teams.

  • Commerce Service Management

As an intern, you will support our newly built Commerce Service Management Team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service management and delivery within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Commerce - connected users:

As an intern, you'll work closely with our product team to analyze requirements and design architecture for commerce products, gaining hands-on experience in Agile environments and headless architecture. This role offers substantial real-world exposure to enterprise-scale platforms, fostering your skills in technical decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Data Management - Communication:

As an intern, you will join our team as a Communications Intern in Global Data Management, where you'll shape how we communicate data-driven insights, master the art of crafting engaging content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Data Management - MDM:

As an intern, you will join Master Data Management Capability team being part of broader Global Data Management agenda. The internship offers an exciting and valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in master and reference data management, and contribute to a dynamic team.

  • MarTech

As an intern, you'll dive into the digital evolution of the brand, coordinating IT maintenance across global sites like , , This role offers vast IT development opportunities, from helping with the access management for the digital tool-set to supporting marketing activations and ensuring global needs are met on brand sites.

You are a good candidate if you:

  • are studying towards Bachelor or Master's degree (final or second-to-last year of studies)
  • speak English on at least B2 level with great communication skills
  • have an interest in further development of your skills
  • see yourself as a proactive and detail-oriented person, confident to use and polish your analytical skills
  • technology enthusiast
  • enjoy teamwork.

  • are experienced or interested in further development in various areas of technologies for commerce domain.
