  • Students of last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation with a Finance/Business/Accounting/Economics etc. background,
  • Preferably candidates available for 30h+ a week,
  • Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel would be a strong asset),
  • Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Great teammate, eager to learn new skills and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Committed individual with analytical skills and initiative-taking approach
  • Candidate with effective communication skills and solid customer focus, not afraid of interacting with international partners from all organization levelsWHAT WE OFFER YOU?
  • Paid internship for duration up to 12 months,
  • Flexible working time - you can easily combine internship with studies
  • Work in the unique, global Purchasing team that monitors purchase order creation process for non-production goods and services
  • Experience in diverse environment with team colleagues located in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
  • Closely and effectively collaborate with internal partners and (e.g., P2P streams, Business Requestors, Procurement etc.) and external partners
  • Supporting Project Lead in daily activities connected with tail spend management
  • Contribute into system governance by executing controlling report
  • Analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making
  • Creative work and possibility to influence and re-building one of purchasing streamsHOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
  • Support preparation and analysis or internal reporting within purchasing area
  • Revision of internal documents,
  • Supporting senior colleagues with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various PMI tools
  • Acquiring knowledge of Purchasing transactions done in Coupa application
