Join us in a role that matters, in the financial hub at the heart of Krakow. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join a global banking and financial services organisation. Position Overview

As the Senior Manager Finance, you will play a critical role in improving and managing non-financial risks. Collaborating with the broader financial team, you will be an integral part of ensuring the quality assurance and data consistency of the business. Your contribution will help drive the direction of the Finance COO risk and control governance, providing your expertise to an already strong team.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of Finance Risk and Control Governance
  • Improving the Global RCA assessment process
  • Engaging with the Global Finance NFRO Programme team
  • Identifying and managing issues and actions
  • Providing Quality Assurance and oversight on governance reporting
  • Improving data quality and consistency
  • Supporting the risk and control data capture function
Requirements
  • Experience working in an Operational Risk, Control Office or Audit Function, preferably in finance
  • Experience working within the financial services sector
  • Part qualified or fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or an undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Detailed experience with assessments of risks and controls
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance procedures (preferred but not essential)
