I nfor is currently seeking a Senior RPG Developer to become a valuable member of our XPERT team. Our integrated ERP system, Infor XPERT, has been meticulously crafted for automotive suppliers, aligning seamlessly with the unique demands of the after-market. This innovative solution not only optimizes business processes but also integrates customers and suppliers, ensuring maximum efficiency within the company.

As a Senior RPG Developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our distributed team spanning Germany and Poland. Your role will involve enhancing the features of the ERP system and contributing to the dynamic and collaborative environment that defines our team. What will you do:

  • Develop and document applications.
  • Implement new functionalities in our standard solutions.
  • Perform bug corrections and release testing.
  • Provide beta support which may require research and analysis.
  • Provide system and database administration support for various environments.
  • Cooperate with our global development and support teams.

What will you need:

  • Experience with the development of business software.
  • Proficiency in RPG/400 development (ILE).
  • Proficiency in IBM database technology DB-400.
  • Competency in SQL technologies.
  • Ability to interface professionally with global development teams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

What will put you ahead:

  • Knowledge about ERP business solutions in the automotive industry.
  • Competency in Network technologies and XML processing.
  • Competency in IBM Operating System.
  • Competency in InterForm Standard.
