Budujemy partnerską relację z klientami – rozumiemy ich potrzeby i wymagania biznesowe, tworząc optymalne rozwiązania. Nieustannie się rozwijamy, w oparciu o krótką pętlę informacji zwrotnej.

Czym będziesz się zajmować
- Współpracą z klientem w cross-funkcjonalnym zespole Scrumowym, którego nadrzędnym celem jest optymalizacja dostarczanej wartości i skrócenie time to market.
- Weryfikacją aktualnych potrzeb interesariuszy oraz kreowanie optymalnych rozwiązań.
- Współtworzeniem wizji produktu razem z klientem i zespołem.
- Codziennym podejmowaniem decyzji, które oszczędzą dni, tygodnie, miesiące developmentu.
- Zarządzaniem backlogiem produktu.
- Dbaniem o rentowność przedsięwzięcia i optymalizację kosztów.
- Modelowaniem oraz szerzeniem podejścia business-oriented/client-oriented.
Nasze oczekiwania
- Potrafisz formułować cel i wizję produktu oraz zarządzać wymaganiami tak by optymalizować koszt/dostarczaną wartość.
- Potrafisz działać zarówno na poziomie strategicznym (CxO) i operacyjnym (zespoły scrumowe, rozumienie aspektów technicznych).
- Rozumiesz jak i dlaczego działa Scrum.
- Potrafisz budować prawdziwie partnerskie relacje z interesariuszami (wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi) i masz doświadczenie pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku.
- Posługujesz się językiem polskim i angielskim na poziomie B2+/C1.
Mile widziane
- Znasz i stosujesz narzędzia pozwalające na optymalizację backlogu (np. User Stories, User Story Mapping, Lean Product Canvas, Walking Skeleton).
- Rozumiesz środowisko startupowe i/lub masz doświadczenie w pracy z takim klientem (rozumienie jego potrzeb, oczekiwań, sposobu pracy).
- Masz doświadczenie lub interesuje Cię obszar fintech/blockchain.
