Poznań Recruitment for Currently, for one of the SSC's located in Poznań, we are looking for an experienced Tax Leader, who wants to develop further as a Team Manager.

Your responsibilities Managing the Tax team (7 people)
Support the team members
Responsibility for compliance with local tax laws (CIT, VAT and
other) and the correctness of tax settlements in the countries covered by the scope of activity - EU
Tax advisory support for company's entities
Management of operational tasks, HR and setting of employee targets
Development of short- and long-term strategy for the tax department, including TOM (target
operating model), as well as responsibility for future migrations and team development
Managing the migration process of tax documentation from local
entities to the SSC
Overall process management - quality, efficiency and costs
Being the contact person between clients and the group's tax departments
Employer requirements Min. 5 years of experience in the field of accounting and tax
Min. 2 years of experience in team management (Team Leader, Manager, etc.)
University degree, preferably in a relevant field
Very good knowledge of English
Knowledge of German would be an asset, but is not a must
High interpersonal skills
Knowledge of SAP and experience of working in an SSC are welcome
