Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating work between client and other stakeholders (designers, copywriters)
  • Attending client meetings and actively engaging in client discussions and status reporting
  • Reviewing the availability of information in the database and on the eRetailer webpage
  • Participation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimised
  • Constant skills improvement and learning of eCommerce trends
  • Research, audits, competition analysis, recommendation of changes
  • Taking necessary actions according to the content audit results (gap closing)
  • Identifying risks and suggesting solutions
  • Cooperating with a team of specialists who support each other
  • Creating a friendly and exciting workplace

Our requirements:

  • Experience in eCommerce / Digital - at least 1,5 year
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English language
  • Very good coordination and organization skills
  • Quality control skills and Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience with common tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
  • Very good communication skills
  • Feeling comfortable with repetitive tasks (audit – upload – update & live check)
  • Adaptability to new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Beauty brands
  • Experience with Salsify or any other PIM/DAM tool
