We're seeking a proactive and inquisitive Operational Consultant to steer data-focused optimization projects. The perfect candidate enjoys challenging conventional practices, thinking creatively, and persistently seeking deeper understanding. Join our Business Improvement team in Compression to aid in strategy execution and ongoing enhancements.

Your Impact

• Lead data-led optimization projects from beginning to end, involving scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Perform data analysis, process mapping, and modeling to pinpoint optimization chances and create proposals.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams like engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to enforce optimization solutions.
• Apply Lean methods in various work areas (Lean Manufacturing, Lean Admin).
• Create and present reports and presentations to site and upper management, conveying project status, progress, and results.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in optimization methods and tools.
• Train and guide local colleagues on optimization best practices and methods.

Your Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Diverse experience ranging from different companies, industries, roles, and functions to benchmark working approaches. Exposure to rotating equipment would be advantageous.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams across the globe.
• Strong business acumen to tackle complex business challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology.
• Able to juggle multiple projects independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Openness to travel (up to 40% of working time worldwide).
