What you'll do:
  • Write and edit press releases to communicate key messages and announcements effectively.
  • Creating and identifying stories and campaigns that highlight AirHelp's work and increase air passenger rights awareness.
  • Prepare briefing materials for our spokespeople to ensure they are well-equipped for media interactions and public speaking opportunities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external PR agencies, coordinating activities and providing direction as needed.
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and managing PR-related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department, Data Team and Legal Team to execute strategic communication initiatives.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language (preferably German, Spanish).
  • Experience working with a diverse range of media outlets and navigating complex media landscapes, securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.
  • Ability to distill abstract concepts and data information into clear, concise, and engaging messages, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in PR, communications, or related fields, preferably across multiple European/American markets
