Be in IT to firma rekrutacyjna, wyspecjalizowana w poszukiwaniu Specjalistów z branży technologii informatycznych. Obecnie, dla naszego klienta, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: ServiceNow Architect.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Długofalowa współpraca z międzynarodową, topową firmą consultingową, świadcząca usługi IT dla dużych i średnich firm z różnorodnych sektorów jak automotive, finanse, bankowość czy produkcja.
  • Wiodący projekt realizowany jest dla firmy z branży spożywczej.
  • Projektowanie i personalizacja aplikacji, modułów, przepływów pracy oraz formularzy ServiceNow zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesowymi.
  • Tworzenie i zarządzanie pełną dokumentacją projektową, w tym dokumentami projektu wysokopoziomowego (HLD) i szczegółowego (LLD).
  • Opracowywanie szczegółowych planów wdrożeniowych i zapewnienie kompleksowego zarządzania projektami wdrożeniowymi.
  • Opracowywanie solidnych koncepcji architektonicznych na poziomie przedsiębiorstwa, gdzie ServiceNow jest kluczowym elementem szerszych struktur modułowych.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie aplikacji zakresowych oraz rozwiązywanie problemów z dostosowanymi aplikacjami zakresowym.
  • Tworzenie i zarządzanie przepływami pracy i podprzepływami oraz konfigurowanie integracji za pomocą Flow Designer, praca na wysoce dostosowanych platformach ServiceNow w celu spełnienia unikalnych wymagań biznesowych.
  • Wdrażanie konfiguracji ServiceNow, w tym tworzenie i zarządzanie tabelami, polami, formularzami, raportami i pulpitami.
  • Przeprowadzanie testów jednostkowych, debugowanie oraz rozwiązywanie problemów w celu zapewnienia jakości i stabilności rozwiązań.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej, w tym dokumentów projektowych, specyfikacji technicznych i planów testowych.
  • Kierowanie integracją ServiceNow z systemami i aplikacjami zewnętrznymi za pomocą API, usług sieciowych i innych narzędzi integracyjnych.
  • Współpraca z międzynarodowym środowiskiem.

Oczekujemy:

  • Co najmniej 7-letnie doświadczenie w IT.
  • Co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie w ServiceNow.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w projektowaniu, personalizacji i wdrażaniu rozwiązań ServiceNow.
  • Doświadczenie w kompleksowym zarządzaniu projektami wdrożeniowymi od początku do końca.
  • Praktyka w pracy na wysoce dostosowanych platformach ServiceNow i opracowywaniu rozwiązań integracyjnych.
  • Mile widziane: Certyfikat CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer) oraz co najmniej dwa inne certyfikaty CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Implementation, Certyfikat TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
  • Biegłość w korzystaniu z funkcji platformy ServiceNow, w tym Flow Designer, narzędzi integracyjnych i zarządzaniu aplikacjami zakresowymi.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 lub C1.
  • Zdolność do tworzenia szczegółowej dokumentacji projektowej i specyfikacji technicznych.
  • Mile widziana dostępność ASAP, lecz akceptowalny jest także miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia, ze skutkiem na koniec miesiąca.
