UX Designer

We arelooking foranexperienced UX Designer tojoin CSHARK andsupport ourclient's team. Together withourbusiness partner, oneoftheworld's largest manufacturers ofbuilding materials, we aredeveloping dedicated software forthedigitalization oftheIndustry Manufacturing sector.

Inthis role, you will be responsible forcreating andimproving user interfaces, conducting user research, andimplementing best UX practices. Your tasks will include planning, conducting, andanalyzing qualitative andquantitative research, collecting andinterpreting user data. You will collaborate withourclient's key business partners andassist inimplementing design within digital transformation.

Your Daily Missions

• Working inaninternational team ofdesigners onthedevelopment ofaB2B project intheIndustry Manufacturing sector.
• Creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes, andscreen designs that capture astrong understanding ofthetarget users andtheir context ofuse.
• Generating ideas based oninsights gathered duringproduct workshops andpresenting them intheform oflow-fidelity wireframes.
• Communicating withclients regarding digital product design inEnglish.
• Building astrategy fordesign development within theproduct.
• Conducting user interviews andusability tests.
• Designing product research, analyzing product metrics andconducting product audits.
• Translating business requirements intographical interfaces (Lo-Fi andHi-Fi).
• Developing standards andprocesses forproduct design inthesoftware development process.
• Developing thedesign system anddesigning information architecture.
• Collaborating withindividuals andteams fromvarious departments andcountries.

TheEssentials We're Seeking

• Over5 years ofexperience inUX within B2B projects.
• Familiarity withtools such as Figma, Maze, Adobe CC, Hotjar, andJira.
• Expertise increating native mobile services andweb applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention todetail, curiosity, andcreativity.
• Ability topresent design concepts tostakeholders andsenior executives.
• Ability toexcel inboth independent andteam work.
• Experience inworking withandstructuring large sets ofdata.
• Strong communication skills andopenness todaily collaboration withclients.
• Fluency inEnglish (C1 level) as we work inaninternational team.
