Strategic Program Lead (SPL) for Pastry Automation will lead a key strategic automation program within Mondelēz Supply Chain. These will be large, complex **automation** projects within the Mondelez **Supply Chain** organization, affecting multiple plants and countries.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the primary individual responsible for the program deliverables
  • Lead the program on a day-to-day basis
  • Act as the primary contact for Project Leads and ensure efficient communication
  • Follow key project and portfolio management principles
  • Track and report timelines and budget phasing
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management guides by the teams
  • Clarify key roles & responsibilities to project team members
  • Ensure timely involvement of experts in the project
  • Support preparation of projects' updates regularly
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Implement project management disciplines
  • Handle interdependencies
  • Prepare inputs for Steering team meetings
  • Manage program meeting calendar
  • Control and manage scope changes
  • Oversee compliance & audit processes (quality / health check management)
  • Establish a framework & methodology for communication and document management
