Sales Director

Sales Director Recruitment for Our customer is international company with structures in Poland. Due to internal succession we are looking for Sales Director.
Your responsibilities Manage the sales channels to achieve optimal sales and margin results
Managing and developing the existing team and if necessary conduct recruitment processes
Responsible for everyday management of sales, as well as creating long-term plans
Work closely with other departments, including technical and design
Create plans and actions to guarantee achievement of sales objectives
Managing customer satisfaction in cooperation with customers care department
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Product promotion activities
Monitor market, competitors and trends as well as new investments
Budgeting and sales forecasting
Employer requirements Technical university degree, preferably in engineering
Minimum of 5 years successful experience in sales management role
Ability to travel frequently in the region
Ability to read, understand and analyze financial reports
Effective in task execution
Leadership skills
Good knowledge of English
