Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing cyclical tasks for sales forces in various channels: traditional, wholesale, and modern trade
  • Coordinating cyclical processes, including defining procedures for effective administration and operation of cyclical programs
  • Handling logistics of sales cycle marketing materials, including efficient distribution, shipping, and returns
  • Collaborating with other departments such as brand marketing, sales forces, legal, purchasing, merchandising, trade investments, applications, and business analysis to support sales
  • Preparing and controlling the project budget
  • Working with marketing materials suppliers

You will find it easier to carry out the above tasks if you have:

  • Higher education, preferably in economics, management, marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry in a position related to trade marketing, consumer marketing, or sales
  • Very good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Operational efficiency: time management and organizational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, communication, and customer orientation
