Trade Marketing Manager

Warsaw | Poland (PL) | Full-time | Fix-term

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Development and maintenance of tools for proper management of trade offers
  • Validate and propose Trade Offers based on Market & Competitors Analyses
  • Validate Prices and propose price increases based on Market & Competitor Analyses ( sell in purchase & selling prices)
  • Responsibility for the G2N budget (level of discounts, sales budgets)
  • Create strategy for the development of STADA brands in distribution, merchandising and sales of pharmacy and non-pharmacy distribution channels (FMCG)
  • Monitor and manage budget for commercial activities and its ROI
  • Plan a calendar of activities for selected product groups and sales channels,
  • Creating, settling and managing the A&P promotional budget
  • Develop tools for driving recommendation in POP
  • Support BM in creating Selling Stories
  • Prepare and manage implementation, monitoring and evaluation of undertaken activities (sell-in and sell-out at the pharmacy/store level)
  • Propose solution for optimal management of Short Exp Date

Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or related fields
  • Experience in Pharma Industry
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & independently
  • Knowledge of SAP, Farmaprom, Pharmascope system will be an advantage
  • Very good English & Polish
